Kind Attention : Consumer Issue

this is with regards to Godrej Meridian in ggn .
I had expressed my interest in that property by depositing 50 K in their ac & a post dated cheque of 4 lakhs. Due to personal reasons I had to fall back and demanded for refund way before launch date of the product as it was clearly advised by Mr Ajay ( Godrej sales team ) that if at any point of time due to any reason if the consumer would like the refund, it will be honoured by the Company. Uptil now there is no positive communication from the company wrt refund .Its been almost he month that I am ringing him and the company but there is no response .
To an extent I went to the site today to get the clarifications in this regard and to understand the refund process but there was no body to contact to and people are not aware of such procedure.
Kindly escalate the matter to the appropriate nodal officer wrt refund as it is highly unprofessional from employee side not to revert on consumers call and concern .. Kindly initiate the refund process at the earliest.
Further to this I would like to inform you that it's the consumer hard earned money
