Godrej Properties — Refund of EOI/booking amount for Godrej Woods Noida

I made an expression of interest in Godrej Woods Noida and made a payment of Rs 1 Lac on 15th Sep on the promise of sales representative saying that this amount will get refunded within 30 days and I need not worry and should get the priority number alloted. I was clear and had not even discussed with my family but made the payment on his promise. I made a decision not to go ahead with this on 16th after discussion in my family and send them out a mail for refunding the money. It has been 45 days now and I am always getting a response refund will reflect soon in next 10-15 days, not sure when this will be done.
Pls get the refund processed on priority as it has already been more than 30 days as committed.
