Hi
I had decided to book a flat in Godrej Ascend and for the same I paid a down payment of Rs 2 lacs. The next day I contacted Godrej Ascend team and told them that I would not like to go ahead with the purchase. They tried to convince me otherwise. Later they asked me to send a mail for cancellation. I sent the e-mail and asked them to cancel my booking as I was having some personal issues. They came back with multiple schemes to pursue me into changing my decision, but none of the schemes could satisfy my requirement and solve my problems.
I humbly request you to provide me with a solution to get my refund.
