Godrej Properties — Refund of Token amount

I had expressed my interest in Godrej splendour project in belathur road, bengaluru by paying Rs 1, 00, 000/- as token for unit number A2302 through credit card on 12 Feb 2022. They convinced me to sign one application form by saying it's just a formalities form and there is no terms and conditions. After submitting 1 lakh nobody bothered to call or messaged me. On third day when I told them Im not interested in their project any more, they sent me a link to pay the remaining amount. I told them Im not interested now. Now they are saying the token is not refundable as per the application signed by me. I feel cheated by their sale team and now there is no proper response to my emails.
