Dear sir/mam,
I have booked a flat in godrej e-city. i have already completed the registration but unfortunately the main power (bescom) is not yet available. i have tried to contact gpl customer care & they have advised me to write the concern.
I have elderly parents who can’t climb up stairs & due to availability constraints, i have booked the flat in 4th floor. request you to address this issue immediately.
Note:
The hand over team in the site says lift is not functioning because they didn’t receive the main power supply from bescom. i am still wondering why can’t they arrange a temporary supply for the lifts to function.
Have invested around 90l on this project but still i couldn’t find a way to move into the property.
