I am Mayuri bansal, on 13th March 2022 we have booked flat in Godrej hill retreat B3- 1304
This is in regarding false commitment by your channel partner(Tejas from Corazon), receptionist and sales person about referral.
One of my close friend name Ruchi kulshrestha who also booked flat in Godrej Green vista Flat no T4-508 gave reference to me for this property.
After her reference I made a mind to visit that property.
In meantime I got a call from Tejas and I clearly asked him that you are a broker or what. So he answered me that "I m an employee of godrej" After this only I planned my visit on Sunday.
On 27th Feb 2022 I visited Godrej riverhills with my friend Ruchi kulshrestha as she refered me the project and I also want that her name to be registered for reference thing.
And when we meet with the receptionist she asked our complete details and at the same time we clearly communicated her that kindly mention Ruchi's name for reference. Even Ruchi also saying same that she want referral benefits.
But don't know what was going on between receptionist and Tejas who were discussing something in personal. And at that moment we got to know that Tejas is not a Godrej employee, he's a channel partner.
And Tejas commited that Ruchi will get her referral benefits for sure from Godrej i.e. 1% of agreement value
Even receptionist also witnessed same communication. And without our knowledge she didn't entered my friends name for reference. Even after telling her same thing for 5-6 times.
After that we went to some sales girl. There also we mentioned that Ruchi gave me reference for this property. She should get her referral benefits.
I don't know how Tejas, receptionist, and sales person removed Ruchi's reference from the deal.
At the end we got to know they all together didn't registered my friend name anywhere in the system.
She accompanied me for whole day with me during the visit and at the end she's not getting anything because of fraud done by three of them.
And my friend feels betrayed by me and our personal relationship get spoilt because of this property.
Request you to consider her reference so she will get her referral benefits.
