I am staying at paradise utopia chs ltd. godrej hill, barave village, kalyan west since 12 years. Now last three years we angel chs ltd and paradise utopia chs ltd are not getting adequate quantity of kdmc water to our society. hill garden co-op.housing societies association limited commercially providing kdmc water to asstt. commissioner of police near d'mart mall and msecb office near alphs chs ltd. sunny desaikar local person is provided free kdmc water and msecb electricity connection by hill garden co-op. housing societies association limited. due to above all facts, we are facing acute shortage of kdmc drinking water since last three years. daily we are seeking kdmc water tankers. earlier, hll garden co-op. housing societies association limited used to close 20 per cent of their kdmc water pipeline valve at zinnia chs ltd inside their society. now gangsingh the hill garden water distributor who had kept by hill garden association is not closing their value and opens it fully. barely we get kdmc water to our paradise utopia chs ltd and angel chs ltd.
sir, kindly instruct hill garden co-op. societies association limited to remove above said three ill-legal kdmc lines from our main godrej properties kdmc water pipeline which was provided by the builder in 2005 and also to close kdmc value at 30 per cent kdmc water line valve situated inside the compound of zinnia chs ltd. please do the needful from your end at the earliest.
