I’ve had similar issues with the rental helpdesk. They’re not reliable and they have complete disregard for your property. I provided them and trusted them with my keys about six months ago. I’ve heard nothing from them since then. After emailing them several time i realize that i’m not gonna get a response from them. I finally found another realty agent that is quite aggressive and honest in their services. Within two days of getting the keys back from godrej they were able to find a renter. However we could not get the place rented because someone from the godrej rental department left the window open in the flat. That allowed birds into the flat make a mess. That’s taken several days to clean the flat and sanitize it. This company only responds when you make public complaints. Until then nothing happens at the godrej. This is specific to garden city only. Several of my family members own godrej properties in mumbai and they have had no issues. It is only the garden city team that is highly unreliable and untrustworthy.
