Dear Sir, I request to provide refunds for payment made for booking cancellations made at Godrej Nature Plus, Sector 33, Sohna, Gurgaon through online mode for amount Rs.5, 93, 714/ dated 21.06.2022. The property was cancelled within 5 days after booking due to a personal unavoidable situation. During purchase sales officer Divyanshu Varma was involved for property purchase and has been not responsive to my several request e-mails. It has been very unpleasant experience with Godrej Properties with no clarity on the refunds status. I request to help and provide resolution to this situation.
