Dear Godrej
I booked a flat in Godrej Garden City, Celeste project on 26th Nov. 2022. Tower K2, Flat 504.
I got a call once from my RM Manisha Rajwani informing that she is my RM and she will share her mobile number and other details/documents so in case of any assistance I can contact her.
Thereafter, the RM never came back, she did not shared her number or any document/details. Whenever I call to Godrej customer care they says Manisha Rajwani is busy attending other clients. Somehow after multiple calls, Godrej customer care arranged her mobile number and but sent to me via email. But she never picks the call.. NEVER!!
I sent her what's app, she replied I am busy in meeting will call back. That day never came back.
Then I sent emails stating that for processing loan my bank representative needs few documents from builder. But she never replied to the email.
I gave her number directly to my bank representative to coordinate further, but some other guy picked the call stating that she is busy.
My god how someone is so busy, what job is this lady doing other than dealing with her assigned flat buyer.
I am fed up of following up with her. If the loan delays, Godrej will start charging interest and the reason behind delay is Godrej's own relation ship manager.
Screenshots of followups via all means, customer care call history, calls to her numbers directly, whatsapp messages sent, emails sent are provided with this complaint.
This is pathetic and was never expected from Godrej. Such employees destroying the trust build by Godrej.
