I am second property buyer in Godrej family
This is to inform you that I had paid SDR amount of my godrej nirvaan booking on 1st of December2020.
I was expecting acknowledgement mail, updates regarding token generation or getting acceptance letter for Nirvaan but nothing was informed to me till 28th december. On 29th December My CRM arvind called me and said you paid in the wrong account that is in Godrej boulevard account.
It was my mistake that I paid both SDR(BOULEVARD AND NIRVAAN) Amount in boulevard account. I was informed after 29 days when the time period of SDR discount was about to over. He asked me to pay amount immediately which was not possible for me.
If CRM would have took follow-up regarding SDR process, acceptance and token generation then I would have realized the mistake and I could have asked for refund and paid into the right account.
There was no communication from CRM Arvind for the entire december month and when the discount period was about to over he is informing me that you have paid in wrong account and pay immediately otherwise the discount will not be applicable from jan 2021.
Kindly refund my entire NIRVAAN SDR amount paid in boulevard account and adjust it for NIRVAAN SDR payment.
I am not going to pay the extra charge applicable from this year.
