Respected sir, I am totally frustrated with Godrej garden city Ahmedabad. They had promised possession of my flat Tivoli I on Oct 2014. Now they are stating the possession will be next year (more than 1 and half years late). I have visited Ahmedabad in 2014 and 2015 from Canada. The senior managers were not willing to talk of any compensation inspite of the mistake. We too take loans from bank and pay the instalments. Even if we are a day late, they charge 18 percent interest. And now they are 1 and half years late and no compensation whatsoever for the home owners. I have paid nearly 30 lakhs, and I need my money back with 18 percent interest. This is fair since they charge us the same when we are late. Why should I suffer because of their delays. Need urgent help to resolve this issue.
