I made a payment of Rs. 50, 000/- on 20th March 2022 for booking a 1BHK flat in Godrej Skyegrees Phase 2, Pune online on your portal link. Payment was made through Credit Card with the transaction ID :[protected]. I was not shared any confirmation on the booking status on the same day though I was told that Booking allotment will be done immediately after online payment for Booking. Next day when the confirmation of payment and other formal details were shared with me, I found that parking allotment and many other terms and conditions were not what were told by the sales executive during the sales pitch and hence I immediately cancelled the booking.
My cancellation amount has not been refunded yet even after confirmation from your staff. Your sales team is not responding swiftly and my refund is not yet processed. I did not even accept the proposal email, as the terms and conditions were not agreeable to me since they were different from those that were told to me during the sales pitch verbal communication. I immediately cancelled the booking within minutes after receiving the formal quote .
