Hi Team,
I have given a token amount of Rs: 50, 000 on 4th January, 2021 to book a 2BHK apartment at 'Godrej Green Cove' in Mahalunge, Pune.
The booking amount was transferred via NEFT, Union Bank of India .
However I have requested for cancellation on 28th January, 2020.

Even after repeated Whatsapp texts to your team, I have received no response except for asking me to provide a picture of a cancelled cheque.
Post that I have not heard from your team even once.
Hoping for a quick response from your end.
Also, it is my humble request to you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
