My name is Pawan Agrawal and I am writing this complaint to get refund of rupees 50000/-.
I went to visit the Godrej Rivergreens in Manjari Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 412307, where the sales team showed us the Godrej Parkridge. I was with my family and we liked the flats.
However we were not 100% sure on the decision to buy the flat. We asked for some time from the sales team.
However the sales team showed us some posters that price is going to rise from tomorrow and said you need to book the flat unit today only in order to get advantage of the lower price.
We were totally confused but the sales team rushed us to make the payment at that time only and said that this amount is refundable. I made a payment of rupees 50000/-.

Due to some personal reasons, we decided to cancel the booking in next 2 days. We informed the sales team that we need to cancel the booking and do not want to go ahead with purchase and agreement.
Sales team is keep on saying that you will receive refund in 7 days, but it has been more then 1 month now, I am still taking follow up with Sales team for refund

Due to unable to complete the transaction and personal family and financial problems I have cancelled the office unit on 14/12/2023 hardly after 3 to 4 days.
I want my token amount as a refund it's a heavy amount and Godrej Exquisite is taking too much time and indicating me to forfeit the whole amount.
It's a humble request to Godrej Exquisite to please refund my token amount as soon as possible.
It's a hard earned money for me and years of savings for me.
