This is regarding unit in Godrej Woods, I am constantly in touch with assigned RM, to whom I did communicate my plans to visit Delhi and wanted to view the unit/sample flat considering I’ve not seen the 4 bedder of the size we booked yet. To which they mentioned they can arrange a viewing for the first floor flat at least and will try for me to be able to view my own unit. Now that I am in India, I’ve been told I cannot even visit this site. Now this puts me in a situation where I planned everything after informing relevant people and then not being able to even view anything.
Additionally, now as well I am supposed to pay approx 42 lacs, my concern is simple, I was promised something before I actually travel, now that I am here, I am being told you cannot view anything. I’ve been delivering/paying payments on-time, now that I want to view the unit I am unable to even do so, which was promised to me.
A major chunk of payment has already gone out and only 5% will be left after this milestone is paid. I am not comfortable making payment considering one of Godrej team member promised something and is not even able to deliver that. How do I make sure I’ll really get what I want and blindly keep on making payments?
I'd like to put this on record, I will need to hold any further payments till a viewing is arranged for me and my family members, considering we've already paid a large sum, this is the least I can expect and won't take any liability of paying any delay charges considering this is a mistake from Godrej team and now I've already spent good amount of money and invested time to visit India during this time, I expect this bit to be done by Godrej team.
We planned our trip after making sure something would be feasible and plan to go back on 22nd March. If the same cannot be arranged before that day, I am sad to say I'll have to hold the next milestones till we get the possession considering Godrej has shown us nothing in terms of what we'll get as delivery and won't be making any delayed interest payment either on top of dues.
