Respected Sir,
We had very pathetic and worst experience with Sales and marketing head of Godrej Central Park Project Mamurdi, Pune.As told by Mr. Yogesh Bhandari we paid application amount 50000/-at the end of February and get priority member no-257 but didn't receive any priority treatment instead we suffered with series of problems and feeling cheated and for almost more than month going through mental harrassement and high negligence!!
During our site visit we cleared our desired unit is B7-2103 and we were assured about it's availability on launching day (16th March 2019) after passing out half of the day they informed us that B7-tower is not open for booking above 10th floor which was first shock to us .When we asked clarification of it why didn't they inform us at least one day before launching day the reason for this was it's their higher managements last moment decision and even they were not aware about it till today which was hard to believe!! So my very question is according to RERA only when registration is completed and other approvals (construction related) are in place, can the project be marketed. So it's a violation of RERA by Godrej! Next we asked for B6-2103 then they told that tower is completely sold out and under high sale pressure they imposed booking of B4-2103 on us immediately by mail we cleared that for time being we are accepting it and need written clarification about false information regarding B7-2103 after that Mr. Yogesh Bhandari didn't face us it was told that he was hospitalized due to unwell health! Then Mr. Mayur and Mr. Manish kodali Marketing manager came in picture he failed to give any written clarification to our querries but promised us to help us out by informing about any availability will create in B6 Tower so he will exchange our B4-2103 unit with that but as per him nothing fall out in place. After repeated convincing by Mr. Mayur we made our minds to accept B4-2103 to avoid further mental harrassement. Mr. Manish himself offered us discount for same unit and sent revised rate sheet(by mail id of Yogesh Bhandari) by mail on 30th March and told us to pay 5% booking amount and confirm it and Mr. Mayur repeatedly assured us now this unit will be surely block for us without further issues on same day evening they sent their person to pick our singed documents and cheque of 5%booking amount to complete booking formalities.
When that person collected everything we got call from Mr. Yogesh Bhandari(who was not in picture during all this 15-20 days) that it is not possible to block this unit for us as they already blocked it for another NRI customer which was really frustrating and annoying! We refused for any future compromise then again he called and told that NRI client is ready to shuffle and this unit will be surely yours in revised rate promised by them by mail) again Mr. Mayur assured us that now we never need to face any other problems! Finally we sighed with relief!! But it was for very short period !on 4th April again Mr. Mayur called and told that it is really very embarrassing to tell you that B4-2103 unit is not blocked for us by Godrej it's blocked for NRI client and they even don't know how it happened!! We were really in doubt that is this Godrej company or big torturing joke is going on with us??
In between we were constantly sent them mails regarding ongoing issues and asked how can they violating consumers Rights repeatedly and behaving unethically!!! As expected Me. Manish kodali refused to take any responsibility of it and told that only Mr. Yogesh Bhandari will handle it!! Again forgetting about violation of our right to choose we decided to give it last chance to finish it and asked Mr. Yogesh Bhandari what options left with them though we never being at fault we are ready for mutual understanding to get the solution very surprisingly Mr. Yogesh gave us very few options from which almost all were south facing units which were useless for us due to our faith in Vastushastra apart from that he very easily told us that now it's not possible to give us any available unit in revised rate promised by them as though all remaining units are 2bhk garden facing units but they offered discount for B4-2103 because it's location was not that good it was endless cheating with us!! Means each and every time Godrej was thinking only about their gain they don't have any concerns about their loyal customers those who are interested to invest their hard earned money only because of brand name Godrej and having faith that they will definitely receive quality and fair treatment so it's worth to go with Godrej!!
Though we send our written complaint to both the offices of Pune and Mumbai along with our consumer complaint no 1241875 and sent them repeated reminder about we are going to take very serious legal action against it by consumer court but didn't get any satisfied solution from Yogesh Bhandari other than sorry for inconvenience mail which is more irritating that how can simple soory will compensate our more than month mental harrassement, violation of our rights, violation of RERA, deficiency in service and accepting refund is very easy escape to all this unprofessional and unethical practice!
Mean while noone provide us details of higher management to forward our issues up to them and expect some justice! So hopefully the higher department must take it as our final reminder and try to compensate us to save consumers Rights and take responsibility o[censored]nethical practice by their team in Pune!!
Otherwise along with very strong proofs of mail, recorded as well as what's App conversation we are already on the way to seek justice legally through consumer court!!
