This compliant is on my recent purchase of a plot in your plotted community woodland located on Sarjapur Road. The plot that was selected is in a particular district C and it was booked in November. During that time the following is communication from sales team
1) They mentioned that there is satellite ring road as they provided in the original brochure. All the approval are in place. They didn't mention that STRR is cancelled and moved 3 kms far from the location.
2) The plots which are east facing, corner, near to forest, near to clubhouse are premium, rest pf them are non premium. I have taken a non premium plot west facing
3) They didn't mention that other district plots are cheap compared to the district that I have taken.
Two months down the line I have referred my friend and when I hooked to the sales team, the prices quoted to him are Rs.300 per sft less.
When I called the salesperson I got an answer saying that it was a wrong calculation sheet that was sent by another sales person, the price has increased and not reduced. However her claim is wrong, the price is offered at a lesser cost. In fact his property is east facing and falls into a category of premium. While I'm happy that my friend got at a better price, the fairness in my plot is clearly missing.
STRR reachability was also a reason for me to go with a plot near to road.
These sales team already know about STRR been cancelled and moved couple of kms away from the location. Why they gave false information about the STRR presence really hurts me as my reason of choosing this particular plot is its presence near to ring road.
Due to all the above reasons of wrong claim of STRR, non premium plot selection, non disclosure of district wise differences. I see that my plot pricing is unfailrly given which I had never expected from a brand like Godrej.
The reason for me to go with Godrej is, it is a national brand and I will have greater piece of mind compared to tier 2 plotted developers, Personally I believe Godrej will not break the trust it has built over years of time and will maintain transparency in every aspect.This belief led me to share the project details to my friend. Also, this led me to go with a loan from Godrej housing finance limited which is again an arm of Godrej instead of other housing finance companies.
I would appreciate it if there is fairness shown in the final quoted price of my plot.
This will help me to keep my trust on Godrej undisturbed.
Inspite of writing mail and reminders to all the concerned team, they come back very late and come with a proposal that I can exchange my plot with some other for the same price that is offered to my friend. All the plots that are offered are odd dimensions, litigated title plots or some other district plots. My friends plot is clear plot.
Also, the TDS paid for some portion of advance money is deposited to IT department late and IT has sent notices on the delay and asking me to pay interest.
