Godrej Properties Urban Retreat — The refund is not received yet, for the initial payment paid and then canc

The token amount rs 100000 is paid in the month of April 2023, later on cancelled due to unavailability of our choice flat. The sales manager kaamya Sharma informed the refund will be done within 15 working days. But till now not received. The sales manager is not responding properly she is just saying it will be done by this week. It's been more than 6months. She is not answering my calls now. How to get my refund back?
