Godrej Properties — Urgent Attn : Refund requested for booking amount for project Godrej Splendor Phase 2 in Bangalore

I spoke to the Godrej salesperson name Nirty on the refund of the booking amount which he promised for the refund and also send out an email to Shubham from Sales & Marketing team.

Still did not get the acknowledgement from the on my email and nor got a call back from Nirty.

Need an assistance on the refund of Rs.50, 000 please.
