I have raised my complaints numerous times, to the customer care of godrej and higher officials however there has been no revert.
The vrindavan flat was to be delivered earlier by dec 2015 which was extended to june 2016 further to dec 2016. It was later extended till july 17 and finally it is getting delivered in aug 17.
All this delay has caused increased interest cost and loss of rent for the property. I have already paid around sizable pre possession interest because of delay done by godrej.
I have requested godrej to reimburse the interest at actuals which is around 9.5 % far less than than 15% mentioned in the agreement. However, there has been no positive hearing from them.
The customer care and officials in godrej ignore customer requests and just sit on the complaint without reply.
Here what i asked was a fair compensation of only the interest which is surely because of delay by godrej in fullfilling of their commitment.
I have purchased a 1 bhk flat in godrej garden city.
Further, due to this delay we ended up paying higher service tax and now gst which is even higher than the increased service tax.
There should be some mechanism with the builder to make good such losses faced by the purchaser of flat.
Due to this delay have faced heavy loss in valuation as the property value has still not gone up to cover up the cost which i have paid already.
Need a positive and quick response from the team as, have already in process to make the payment for final leg in this week for the possession in end of august.
