Goggle Pay — amount deducted while booking a bus but ticket and it is not confirmed amount is not revert back

The amount deducted while booking a ticket through goibibo app.

Date of incident: nov 30th, 2019
Amount deducted:500 rupees
Problem: ticket not booked but the amount deducted

Please find the below attachment of transaction-id. I checked with goibibo customer care they told me that they haven't received money. And i called to sbi bank they told that amount is with third party person that is google pay. So kindly solve me this issue but reverting back my money
