I m regular customer at gold cinemas, shivaji path, thane west 400601.
I have list of complainta regarding this place..
Ac does not work
The place stinks
There is paan stains near handle of the seats
Seats are bad
Today, i. E 31st jan 2020 i saw a rat in the theater.
I have nothing negative to do about it just except better services to be provided by a theater for a better movie experience.
