Mr. Satishchandra Shetty is the developer of Golden Layout, Sigdal, Koppa Taluk. I met Mr. Satish on 4th November 2023 at Golden Layout, Sigdal. He showed a site in the layout bearing No. 13 and mentioned its size as 50x30, and quoted Rs. 1125/sq ft for the same.
He further demanded Rs. 50, 000 as token amount for providing the property documents. We agreed for the same, and on November 5th 2023, I transferred an amount of Rs. 50, 000 via NEFT to Karnataka Bank Account of Mr. Satish via UTR N[protected].
Mr. Satish shared some documents via WhatsApp. However, as per the documents, the plot was odd-sized and not 50x30 as mentioned. Further, Mr. Satish failed to provide the rest of the documents related to the layout. A
As we did not want an odd site, on Dec 2nd, I requested Mr. Satish to refund the token amount paid. He had agreed and asked for bank account details.
