Non-CTS cheque issued as Full & Final Payment.
My name is Jayant R.B. Last week I am in receipt of Regd. post containing Full & Final Payment Cheque from Golden Tree Plantation Ltd., ( instead of Rs.85, 000/ just Rs.1, 100/) with a letter stating it is full & final payment.
So I have deposited the said cheque but they have refused to accept it, mentioning it is a Non-CTS cheque.
So once again they have fooled us.
Can anybody guide me in this matter?
Can we register a complaint against GTPL for issuing a Non-CTS cheque that we can not encash?
Or there is any other way so we can get at least Rs.1, 100/- per Tree invested with such cheating company? Was this information helpful? |
