[Resolved]  Gondola Gulmarg — Wrongfully cancellation of PYUOL[protected]

Hi,

I have raised a request to cancel my Gondola ticket with transaction Id PYUOL[protected] and now on downloading in ticket price it shows null but it also cancelled the other Gondola ticket PYUOL[protected] also shows null against it.

Please verify that PYUOL[protected] is not cancelled as I have raised the request only for PYUOL[protected]. Both are booked with same email Id and phone number.

Please reinstate this in case the PYUOL[protected] ticket is also cancelled. I don't want this to be cancelled.

PYUOL[protected] is for 11 April Phase 1 slot 3 (Need to be cancelled)
PYUOL[protected] is for 10 April Phase 1 slot 2 ( Should not be cancelled )
