Gonoise.com — Again and again receiving the defected unit on the name of replacement

I purchased three units of noise ultra 2 on 30th December. Unboxed 2 of them on the same day and they were good. But i unboxed the third unit on 12th jan and found it defective so registered a complaint. My product was picked up for return/replace and then after many calls with the customer service I got the replaced product. The replaced product is having more damages than the previous .. First of all it has not been replaced.. I have received the same unit with more defects. Earlier there was not a single scratch on the screen but now the replaced unit is having scratches on the screen too.. Such a pathetic service...when contacted the service team immediately after the delivery of the replaced product.. They requested me to raise a complain again. So i did. Again they promised me to replace it with a fresh piece. They can arranged a reverse pickup. Today I received the so called replaced unit. I am so shocked that they have again sent me the same defective piece. Noise is a real cheat. Please don't buy any product from this company. They are fraud. My ticket id is 553347
