I have purchased buds smart at poorvika on feb 2022.
its not working properly for last 3 weeks... and i have raised complaint they called and disconnected before transfer to your executive... and leaved a voice msg after beep sound...
they are not considered... after that i have received a message from your noise team that we closed this complaint as resolved ...
