My device Colourfit Nav is just completed its basic one year warranty. Just after that the device started connectivity issue and it is not getting connected with phone. Raised complaint and they given reply that it is out of warranty. Cant they even give service, I am not asking to replace my device or so, it is just a connection issue. Costing 4000 for the device and just after one year if this is their attitude then what is the price they are giving to customer?????
