I have received a noise colorfit pulse smart watch on 15th feb. On unboxing the same, i saw a damaged watch. Immediately i tried to lodge a complaint. The company does not have a proper customer care where you can give your feedback. No support service at all. I raised a complaint via email. To which they responded after 3 days that they will reverse my pick up. But no update since then. You can neither talk to any of their customer care executive. I feel so helpless and i feel cheated. I regret of getting associated with such a fraud and pathetic company. Out of helplessness i posted here as i really have no idea to whom i address my grievance as the company is kind of deaf and dumb after delivery of the product
