I am suffering from last month as I got the faulty watch Colorfit pro 4 which I sent for repair to noise team within 3 days of purchase. After 20 days of continous calling to them they replied we will send the noise coupon voucher of same amount as of watch. I haven't received the voucher till now and they closed my previous tickets are 961062 also without resolving it. Please help me.
