First I registered a complaint for strap broken ( complaint no. 1534884 Dated -6/4/23). After attending this complaint strap change but they sent me defective product that is not on & working.
I registered a new complaint on dated 17/4/23- no. 1561449.
Related to this I explain properly to technical support team and sent Video also about issue.
Then they arrange to pick up this product, but they given me unrelivable reason like phone not reachable, product photos not match. Then I called to customer care no i. e on dated 25/4/23 but no any information I get it about complaint, so I again called on same no. dated 26/4/23 time 12.36 pm. Mr. Yash Varma attend this called, again I explain all details about my complaint, I'm very irritated that same answer they given like we concerned about your problems etc. Then they hold my phone for next procedure, but in meantime Mr. Yash Verma talking with their Caligue this word (kitna bhonkti hai yeah Kai kai & also said ye courier wale bhi chutiya hai). When I told to him I listen all this bad things you told to your Caligue, they given me answer it's background voice but I clearly listen that voice is Yash Verma's only.
After this immediately I received a message for pick up rearranged and courier person also pick my product in hour (1.30 pm)
I can't understand what type of people you hire for customer care. They using this type of bad words for customers.
I already suffering from your bad service and now this type of behavior.
I expect reply from you.
