I have bought HRX edition xfit noise watch on 28 nov 2021, after a week o[censored]se, the product stopped working it was facing battery issue, watch hangs, vibrates without any notification. So I have contacted the support team and they picked up my product. They returned it on first week of jan 2022, after another 5 days o[censored]se again the same issues started.
When I contacted the support, I asked them for replacement or refund. But they said that, due to their policy theu won't be able to provode replacement or refund. Noe my watch is again with the service team, I don't know when I will get it back.
If a new product stopped working in 5 days o[censored]se, that means product is not good, as a good provider they should replace it, but still they serviced it. Now again it stopped working and they are not ready to provide a replacement or refund.
My hard earned money is lost by buying a product from Noise, please help me. I had enough.
