We had ordered a noise VS 103 wireless earbuds as a gift for brother. So it was given to him after few days and by the time he started using it, the Amazon return policy was over. One earbud was not getting charged. Since the Amazon 7 day return policy was over, we tried contacting noise directly. After filing the first complaint on their official website, we recieved a reply as product image uploaded doest not match the product mentioned in invoice document. After few days, we again filed a complaint and recieved the same feedback. Third time, we clicked a better photo thinking that the photo is not clear enough and uploaded it on their website. But sadly we recieved the same reply that is ' product image doesn't not match the invoice details '. The product is still under warranty. It was purchased in Nov 2021. There is no way to contact their customer care executive. Hence we are filing a complaint here. Please help us in resolving this issue.
