Smartwatch gt-08 was delivered to me on 27th apr from gonoise.com, however later in the night watch did not reboot after 1st time charging.
I have to gift this watch to my friend and due to the faulty product i did not gift this to my friend on his birthday.
I have revert to customer care around 0130 hours (28th apr am) that the watch is not starting up.
On request they have done the reverse pick up on 28th apr and on may 01st they drop me email that "there is and inteernal fault in the smartwatch." so they are doing the replacement. I have agreed on this term.
On 04th may, i have received the replacement of the watch with new order no - 121751-r and this time pedometer function was not working. I have shared the pics of the watch with details and on filed the complaint and on 08th may they have done the reverse pick up again.
I did not wear the watch for a full day since i purchased the watch (28th apr till 08th may) because of bad performance and faulty quality of watch.
As per the gonoise guidelines there is no refund policy, but now enough is enough, i want my money back as it's happened twice in a 2 weeks of time since the purchase of watch. This will happen again and again i know as gonoise is delivering faulty watches which was rejected by ecomm sites (I. E. Amazon, flipkart etc).
I lost all the faith in gonoise and they are harassing me by sending the faulty watch again and again.
I do not want the replacement this time and i would request consumer forum to look in to this and help me in refunding of amount rs 1399. Was this information helpful? |
