First of all your Register a New Complaint is not working, as the site is not allowing to upload a 45Kb file of Invoice, for reason that file should be less than 5MB!!! No way your customer support people talk to us.. no other option to connect to them too
Refer original Case ticket no 415848 and the revised Case ticket no 470000. This is the 3rd time and as per your mail this is a replacement Watch given, without resolving the issue!!!
Your smart watch is not at all smart and May be a toy that gives inaccurate measurements. For 1 km walk, your watch shows 0.82km and error is over 20%. Same with calorie calculation as well.
Against my 3.6 km walking, noise registers just 3 km and calorie burnt is 67cal against actual 190 cal registered in another smart watch and also on Runkeeper app..
Since July I bought the watch, this is how it works and enough complaints also registered done all trouble shooting exercises and even sent back the watch twice to your gurgaon service centre.
I wish you guys cancel this order and refund the money. Feels like informing my contacts not to buy this product which is heavily advertised.
Please resolve this amicably. Before sending a proper watch please show me the accuracy against another watch performing properly. 100% dissatisfaction and money waste buying noise colorfit pro 3.
