I Had ordered a noise shot groove earbuds on 7th january, it got delivered on the 10th january after few months i tried to download my invoice copy from the website but its showing INVALID DETAILS, even though i have put proper details i cant reach out to the customer care people as they dont have an option of speaking to the staff whenever i call on the mobile number, WHEN I VISIT the noise service centre they are asking me to show the invoice copy but how will i get it when its showing invalid details to me, how can i reach out to talk to the team?totally unsatisfied with the NOISE Company!!!
