Hi Team, I am trying to reach out to Noise ColorFit Pulse Smartwatch for technical support as the product delivered is faulty.
I have two tickets that were opened for this issue, team has closed both the rickets by just giving me a link to the FAQ document.
I am educated & aware of reading the FAQs before submitting a ticket.
Please need help on this issue.
I need a replacement of the product or a technician to fix the issue.
