Gonoise.com — Payment done online but Company not Support for Delivery and Order

I Have bought A Smartwatch From Gonoise Official Website on 03 Sept.2022 I Had ordered and Paid amount of 2999 Rs. From Gpay.
in my Order cart we can see that i had ordered but i cant download Invoice and cant track my Order to when i can Received.
also There is not any types of perfect Contact number to call directly to Customer Support Person.
just Computer Call Say for register Complaint.
but what we can do.
company Support System is too Poor.
