Gonoise.com — Payment successful but order not confirmed in website

I tried ordering Noise smartwatch from the website www.gonoise.com, when it reaches payment screen one transaction got failed due to network error so selected another payment method and paid. Transaction was successful from my end and amount got deducted successfully from my account. But in the website order not confirmed it was still in payment screen.
Amount: 2799Rs
Payment used: Google pay(Tez)

I tried placing order on 31st of August and above issue happened and contacted them on 1st of September. Customer service person asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the issue. waited for more than 24 hrs and called them again. The person who received call again asked for all information and asking me to wait for 24-72 hrs again. Please help me to resolve this. Tired of explaining same to service person again and again
