Gonoise.com — Product gave for replacement haven't received

My Noise Neckband was having Low sound issue so i registered complaint on 13th of May 2022. My product was picked on 14th may 2022 and after that haven't got any mail or call from Noise team. I'm trying to call on the no's given on the website but its all not reachable. its almost 14 days completed.
