Gonoise.com — Refund not credited

On 5th Aug 9:57 PM i had tried placing order on Go noise website. I had pid with credit card the amount pf 2999. However the amount was deducted but didn’t receive any order confirmation. Sharing my details and payment screenshot. Please help with refund of amount. From last 7 days i am following up. But no response from noise
