I am pranesh vichare and I have ordered a gonoise colourfit ultra watch from company website
When I get the delivery same moment I have mailed company that I don't like the quality of the watch its pathetic and I want my refund
And company mail came that we can't do anything as its not under company policy to give any refund
I asked what if a person just don't like the watch it's the customer right to ask for a refund and you have to give it
They said no we can't do that sorry
So I mailed again and told them IT WAS MY BIIGGEST MISTAKE TO ORDER ON COMPANY WEBSITE AS I SHOULD HAVE ORDERD FROM AMAZON ONLY SO THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE GOT MY REFUND AMAZON DONT ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND GIVE REFUND I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE WITY ANAZON REGARDING REFUND
SO I REQUEST ALL DONT EVER BUT GONOISE PRODUCTS AS ITS VERY CHEAP IN QUALITY JUST THEY DO ADVERTISE AND MAKE FOOL O[censored]S
AND I STILL WANTMY REFUND SO NOTE DOWN THIS CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PERSONS
