I had raised a complaint on 23 october about my noise shots x1 air2 earbuds that i m.unable to charge my case ... And this is from the date when my bud was returned after my first complaint ( that the earbud is not working) then my first complaint was solved earbud starting working but the case stopped working. I had rasied complaint at that imediate point. But after few days the complaint was automatically closed, then again i had to raise a complaint which i raised a week before .. but only mails are sent at midnight that link has been sent and u try to troubleshoot ur device.. how can i do that when i raised a complaint that i m.unable to charge my case ...and what ur troubleshooting would do when case is not getting charged . I m very unhappy with this product. It is giving me problem from.the very first day... I have many things to do rather then raising complaints on the produCts . I thought that the product would get totally repaired after raising my first complaint...but my one probem was solved and second was raised... And i m not getting satisfactory output for the patience i m showing from very starting... Very upset with the product.. i request to replace my product ..and take the necessary steps as soon as possible...
