I have done complaint about the fault of the product but they are not responding me either by e-mail or contact no.. I have bought noise x5 charge of rs 4749 on june 10 2019 but at sudden in october they didn't work well their sound quality looks to bad. I am trying to contact go noise customer service they are not responding me. I want the warranty claim.

My colorfit pro 2 watch not working now, I ordered it from gonoise official site, The day I received the watch was on the 13th of August 2021, there were no problems then, but now, it is not working, it has a one year guarantee. Please solve my problem, please replacement my product !
