My noise shot x3 is not receiving the charging. I've tried even different chargers, still it's not connecting. Please let me know how can i solve this problem. Or else please share me the service center location so that i can reach out to the location and get it repaired.

    I have done complaint about the fault of the product but they are not responding me either by e-mail or contact no.. I have bought noise x5 charge of rs 4749 on june 10 2019 but at sudden in october they didn't work well their sound quality looks to bad. I am trying to contact go noise customer service they are not responding me. I want the warranty claim.

      I purchased this bluetooth headset (2 sets) during diwali sale from flipkart & also registered warranty.
      1 bluetooth did not seem to work within a month & after lot of research got to understand from them that i need to courier this headset to some address, i did that & no acknowledgement from them that have received it from me.
      Another headset again do not seem to work now i am not sure what needs to be done

      Left ear speaker does not working .
      After fewdays o[censored]sage, right side ear is not working, i have raised complaint twice but they don't even care to reply
      On 9th of December the parcel was delivered to noise base. But since then i didn't get any response of product being repaired or replaced.

        The product delivered was not getting chsred by the charging case as it had no charging port in it. As per the complainant is registered with them thrice but no action has been taken till date
        It' has just been a month
        The product is in warranty period but no action taken
        The company is not even responding to the calls done from my side at their customer care no.

        Bought color fit 2 watch on August month now hook is broken within 5 months heart beat monitor shows 123 when I am sitting idle. Even after registering complaint for this there is no response.

            I have the above product since august and it is malfunctioning since last 3 months. I made a complaint via an email and it was closed without resolution and no one has contacted me saying i did not respond to their call. Now i'm left with a product which doent work and no one to correct the mistake. Maybe they're waiting for it to be out of warranty. Please help

              I have purchased noise colorfit pro fitness band on 16th april 2019 and on 24th aug'19 product was not working. I have send mail to [protected]@nexxbase.com on same day regarding the product complaint and as per company instruction courier the product to haryana address on 04th oct'19 (Awb no - [protected]). As confirmed by courier team product collected by nexxbase marketing pvt ltd, haryana on 07th oct'19. But there is no respond from the company side till now and daily iam following up with the team but they are not ready to provide the answer.
              This is the worst experience with the company and the product was missing from last one month. Product details as below:

              So, they told me to send the package to their headoffice i.e gurugram. My courier guys are telling that the package is received by some guy whose name is S. Now customer care is not reply for any qwery whether they received the package or not. This is pathetic service from noise.

                I purchased it on september it was working properly but since few days my right ear buds stopped working sound problem and my product is in warranty period so i need to you to go through my complaint.                 Am using noise shot X5, but the left side ear buds not working properly. My was chennai. I need service center for chennai location as well clear my warranty and service center contact number.
                Placed an order for noise tune elite

                    These buds getting off and on, on and off while this is connected to my phone what the ### is this i dint understand, i bought this for 3600 and these [censored] pods aint even work for 3-4 months i need a replacement othervise i will suu your company.
                    First when i bought these buds anit even connecting together, facing these problem since i bougth, i called for costumer support also but no one callback me once ### your products man !!

From next day problems are observed to me like during calling mic sound is too low literlly opnent person dont listen the sound during calling, after that during listening songs suddenly disconneted the earphones and not working anearphones buds rubber quality is to wrost/cheap its damaged little bit rubber is breaks and from last night suddennly right side earphone is not working other activity like volume inceease and decrease is working bt sounds are not comes from right side earphones so i request to u plz resolve my problem as soon as possible and i tried to call customer care bt they are not responding to my call.

                            One the day of receiving the earphones right side bud keeps beeping constantly and i complained the same on the same day. But no action till now. Constantly asking for 24-48 hours and no actioslns whatsoever. Looting customer for 2000 rs. Received on 30th november and their policy says week of return and now if they don't take my return this will be the waste of money. Will never suggest anyone noise products ever

                            I had ordered a noise combo deal worth 1999 through online the company delivered it on 4th Dec 2019 when it was opened the product was totally different it was a child simple watch and a ear bud with no bill inside and no warranty card the product is not the what i had ordered

                              My son bot noise colorfit pro it's battery swelled watch is covered under warrenty still they are not repairing under warrenty they want me to pay to repair it. First they ask me to send it via speed post not they are asking money for repair.in attachment i have attached condition of band and mail from noise company. First mail they accepted to repair or replace. Later they mailed that only software is covered under warrenty ask money to repair it after i send it via speed post. They have closed ticket now even though i have called them and mail them, on call i requested charges and said that pls repair it for free it's under warrenty still no reply from noise company.

No confirmation received... Such a fraud company... They just cut my call whenever i told them my ticket id... Its been more than 3 weeks...                                       Your product is awesome i have been using this product since past months and have ordered many more products from you.
                                      Yesterday when i took out the buds for listing only left bud was working, right side bud didn’t even start
                                      There is no physical damage in the product like never dropped never splashed with water anything like tht, all off the sudden it didn’t start. Kindly change the product as soon as possible. I love doing workout with your ear buds.

                                        I ordered a noise combo (smartwatch and earbuds) but unfortunately, I received the wrong which includes a digital watch and wired earphones(of any random local brand) with order no. : 206250. For this matter, I had registered to complain about your website but I didn’t get any response in regard to my order. Therefore I registered another complaint in the consumer complaint court with docket/complaint number: 1774725....
