Hi, I bought Go Noise NAV camo smartwatch in Jan 2021. I'm now facing charging issues and the watchface isn't working either. I have raised complaints on the product page but every time they come back saying that the warranty on the product has expired, even though I specifically mention that it is a repair that they need to process for me and that I already know that the warranty on the same has expired. The Chennai customer service centre at T nagar has informed that they don't do noise brand anymore. How do I go about getting a repair for my watch?
