Goodhands (Complaint Regarding Sulekha) — No response for service related queries - Charging incorrectly for services rendered

I work for GoodHands which is a Bangalore based company for senior care. We had contacted Sulekha to place an advertisement in their website in the US page (as our service is meant for NRI parents residing in India). We had agreed to pay for 750 NRI leads only. We had been following up with several people from Sulekha to make this happen from 11.03.2015 to 24.04.2015. Finally on 23.04.15 we were told to publish the ad in the India page as this would be where the NRIs would search for senior care services for their parents. I had confirmed with Mr. Anand Natarajan (RM) if we would only be paying for NRI leads and he had agreed. Since this confirmation was verbal, once the services went live I have emailed them repeatedly for written confirmation and also informed them we are receiving irrelevant leads from India which are of no use to us. I have had multiple assurances from Sulekha team saying I will get my answers within 24 hours but still awaiting any action. The people I have interacted with are : - Asha ishwaran, Padma priya, Priya K & finally Anand Natarajan. I have also tried to contact senior authorities on twitter and linkedin but have not had a response. Request to kindly check on this and confirm our services at the earliest. This is to update you that this issue is still not resolved, Sulekha team (Priya K ) came for a meeting and then did not take any action. Now they are not available for comment as well.
