I had given my star city number 3080 for service 2.5 months back after the chennai floods and i would like to complain about the following wtr to GOODWILL TVS. (anna nagar- chennai)
1) They do not give a response when questioned .
2) they say they will call back and ignore our query .
3) They expect us to follow up with the insurance company and get the claim from them
4) When we try to reach out to the insurance company, they say "please give us the invoice" and when we call TVS, they say, we cant give you an invoice, please pay the full amount and you claim insurance yourself directly from the insurance agent.
5) Your service station employees in goodwill tvs are not even courteous and they are so rude to us each and every time.
