I had raise a complaint (Complaint No: Q[protected]) with GoodYear India Limited and After that I got a call from them executive (Sanju Patil). He has not done detail investigation with a tyre. He has verified on the fly and said this is not manufacturing defect and we can't replaced, but I am not agree with his comments. This is purely manufacturing defect. Please see photo for more details.
My car KM is only 12900. I purchased in last year only from Garve Hyundai, Wakad, Pune
I want to replace my tyre.
GoodYear India Limited will be responsible if any incident will be happened
with me on road while driving if they are no ready to replace a tyre.
Could you please look into this on high priority.
