They took 53.48 out of bank card without authorization and I want my money refund back to my card. I got in touch . I've been with google play store for 12 years and that has never happened to me. Google told me to get in touch with Kay Richey they didn't give a number for me to call him, they gave me a email which I send him a message 4 days ago and I have heard anything yet. This not 5 dollars it was 53.48 cent. I am a senior citizen for me its alot of money. So please help me. I call Google as soon as my bank notify me about the transaction. So please return my money back back to my bank card . I am very upset with Google play store for not helping me get my refund the same day they took it out. Was this information helpful? |
